SOTI SYNC's annual conference brought together leaders in mobile technology from around the world. The event featured visionary keynotes, hands-on product training, and valuable networking sessions, set against the vibrant backdrop of Munich during Oktoberfest.

As the lead designer for SOTI SYNC 2023, I guided a team of five designers to bring the event’s vision to life. My role encompassed designing keynotes, templates for training decks, and venue signage, as well as collateral for the stage and after-party. Collaborating closely with stakeholders, vendors, and partners, I ensured a cohesive and immersive experience for all attendees at this high-profile event in Munich, Germany.

Hotel makeover

Our team was involved in crafting clear, visually appealing signs that guided attendees seamlessly through the event, as well as designing interactive demo stations that showcased cutting-edge technology. This hands-on approach not only enhanced the attendee experience but also contributed to the overall success of the conference in Munich.

Designing big - 14-meter wide big

I faced the unique task of creating visuals for the keynotes displayed on a 14-meter-long screen. Crafting designs that maintained impact and clarity on such a massive scale was both demanding and incredibly rewarding. The experience of overcoming these challenges and seeing our work come to life at this global tech conference in Munich was truly unforgettable.

After-party, Bavarian style

I designed an engaging and festive Oktoberfest-themed after-party and partner awards ceremony. My goal was to create a vibrant atmosphere that reflected the spirit of Munich’s famous celebration while highlighting the achievements of our partners. From thematic décor to interactive elements, every detail was crafted to ensure a fun and memorable experience, perfectly complementing the conference's professional focus.
